Be sure to set the toner saver on the printer, AND in the software to get maximum number of pages per cartridge. 8 of 9 people found the following review helpful By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Samsung MLT-D105L Toner Cartridge (Office Product) Samsung Toner 2.5K High YieldThe original toner cartridge that came with the printer did not last very long, so there was no use me replacing it with a low yield one. It would have helped if I knew where the old cartridge was located in the printer, but once I discovered where that was, installation of the new high yield cartridge was a snap. By choosing the high yield over the low yield will prove to be cost efficient and a time saving in the long run. Once the cartridge was inserted and the printer turned on and warmed up printing has been a breeze. Also by purchasing this item at Amazon.com I saved on shipping and handling. 9 of 12 people found the following review helpful By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Samsung MLT-D105L Toner Cartridge (Office Product) I purchased this from Green Apple Imaging. The price was good, but what I received was not a new cartridge. It was a re-manufactured/refilled cartridge. That is not a problem in itself other than the item description not specifying it. When I placed the toner in the printer, the printer showed a 1,500 page yield. When I sent a message to Green Apple regarding the problem, they responded that the cartridge has plenty of toner, but the wrong chip. They sent me another chip (which also shows a 1,500 page yield) and told me to replace the chip when the printer shows it as empty. The printer is currently showing 0% left, but is still printing. We have printed less than 600 pages on this cartridge, but our print jobs do tend to be graphics-heavy so this may be normal. I'll try to update this review when the toner actually runs out. |
